Neighbor Connect+ is your community connection to food, clothing, and hygiene resources. If getting to a pantry is a challenge, our volunteers bring the help to you.
Transportation, distance, or mobility shouldn't isolate you from support. Neighbor Connect+ bridges that gap. We are a volunteer-powered initiative that coordinates and delivers essential resources directly to neighbors in our community.
Tell Us What You Need: Fill out a short online form letting us know if you need food, clothing, or hygiene items. No personal details required just what you need and your city or ZIP code.
We Find and Coordinate Help: Our volunteers review your request and connect you with nearby resources or available donations. If you can’t travel, we arrange a delivery through our volunteer network.
Help Reaches Your Doorstep: When travel isn’t possible, a volunteer delivers your items safely and respectfully, right to your doorstep. Every delivery represents care and connection between neighbors.
The Beginning. Neighbor Connect+ started with one goal, to make local help reachable for everyone. We saw neighbors struggling to access food pantries due to distance, transportation, or health barriers and decided to take action.
The Mission in Motion. What began as volunteers sharing local resources became a network connecting people directly to essentials like food, clothing, and hygiene items, all coordinated with care and compassion.
The Movement Today. Now, Neighbor Connect+ is a growing volunteer-powered network working to remove barriers and deliver help where it’s needed most , proving that community care still works.
Help Starts With a Simple Step
Take one minute to share what you need, and we’ll help connect you with local resources or arrange a delivery if you can’t get there yourself.
Neighbor Connect+ runs entirely on volunteers. People like you who care enough to take action. Whether you can deliver donations, research local resources, or help spread the word, every role makes a real impact for neighbors facing barriers to basic needs.
Your support directly funds the gas and supplies that bring food, clothing, and hygiene items directly to our neighbors' doors.
You empower our neighbors to help neighbors. Your contribution trains and coordinates the compassionate volunteers who are the heart of our mission.
You don't just fill a temporary gap you help build a resilient, connected network where no one has to face hardship alone.
This is Our Moment to Act, Locally
Hunger exists in every zip code, including ours. But so does hope. Neighbor Connect+ is our community's direct response, ensuring no neighbor has to face this challenge alone.
